Why bother logging if you don't log everything?
Competely agree with the above. If you go over, you go over no big deal - just be honest. Also, it gives your a clear view as how you are really eating, not how you think your eating x0 -
i set my thingy to 600 calories manually (sometimes set it to 850 manually). I usually go over, but by doing this I stay under 1,200 calories
And...I don't usually log haha0 -
I log everything. Seeing what a mess I made of some days helps me behave better later.0

I log...and make bad faces!!
This way it lets me know what bad choices I have made, and know how I could have changed the day, it also lets me know that if I want to be losing weight that week that I need to be kicking some butt on the exercise to keep up!
With my limit being 1200 even when I splurge I hardly go over the 1800 which is my maintenance BMR.0 -
Absolutely! You're not logging for vanity and you'll only be lying to yourself if you skip it.0
