I am the same way! I weigh in on Mondays for another site, but will weigh in on Fridays here. I think its great!

Is it just me (my computer) or is the chart so small that you can't read the names? I've tried to open it in a separate page and zoom in but then it just gets blurry.... is anyone else having this problem?0

Hey Everyone hows your week going? My husband left yesterday for Colorado for a few weeks and I have been trying to keep as busy as possible , walked into walmart today with my kids and had a picnic at the park, it was 30 degrees out today too I think that will be my workout for today since it was about 12 km in all.
When do we have to have our weight in ? I assumed it was Thursday becuase of the way the goals go? I think im down 2 or so since sunday but with my husband being away I dont eat as much and do alot more stuff!!! Hope everyone is having a great week!

Falisha, I think I might be the only one on here in kgs would you like me to convert in to pounds. I am happy too. If so 95.1 kg = 209.6591135 pounds. LOL Umm how many decimal points do i go too. Seriously? One, two or None.
PS. The number 95 sounds so much better to 209. But I will get use to it and could aim for the onederland that is talked about on the forums. Although in my mind I can't wait to be in the 80's.
I've put my data in in pounds this time - although it looks more weight initially it's much more satisfying to see the big numbers lost in pounds v kg0 -

1 lb. loss this week . Slowly chipping away at the 4 lbs. I've managed to put on since my injury on Memorial Day weekend. Slowly, the calf muscle has gotten better but my opposite foot often hurts from favoring the injured leg.
Plan for next week: Do some sort of cardio everyday for at least 20 min. (hopefully 30+ min.) Even if I just march in place or take a brisk walk. I have so many free options for exercise (walking, jump rope, videos (Zumba!!), & my old friend & fall back...the elliptical. Also, I'm going to try to eat foods I LIKE in moderation & proper portion. I always try strict regimens then when I can't be perfect on the restricted diet, I toss it all & binge. Well that's the plan..let's see if I can do it!

This week's NSV - I did a mega wardrobe assessment - tried on lots of clothes from the "too small" section of the closet and some of them fit! Pants now down to 8P! Moved the "fat pants" into a hanging bag out of view! I'm getting close to the 6 range (they zip but look like spandex)! Hoping that I can size down again in Oct.
Question for the group - at what point did you notice the "back fat" reducing? I still have this line from my love handle / fat roll that appears in my back. Realllllly want this gone so that I can ditch the shaping tummy cami's!!!0 -
