            what a great chart. I plan on weighing in tom. I hope that i can get to the gym soon. Back home again because of a flood watch here. I am not sure if I will lose anything this week, but I am thankful to have my home and kids.

            Ugh. So much for maintaining. Partied a little too much over the Labor day weekend and ate out at a mexican restaurant Wednesday so not surprised the weight went up. I know some of it is water weight.
