Lost 2lb since last weigh in which i am pleased about but i'm hoping that I will lose a bit more some weeks

Not a good way to start a challenge, but it's been raining all week so I didn't work out at all this week and it definitely shows! Hopefully next week will be better.

Arrgh! Up 1 lb, was 199.5, now 200.5 Bad combination of baking (and testing) cookies for others and not exercising every day. :grumble:

Wow what a crazy week it's been for me! I'm happy with 0.6 because it COULD have been a lot worse! This week I'll be working on getting enough sleep as well as taking the time to exercise. Thanks again for everything!

I am in that same boat as many of you, in that exercise really seems to be the lynch pin for me in whether or not I lose. No matter how perfect I am calories wise if I don't exercise that blasted scale is just as stubborn as a donkey! I read that it takes 21 days to develop a habit, but only 3 days to fall out of that habit. So 3 weeks to get the habit established and only a long weekend to send us back to the drawing board. Hope everyone has a "moving" weekend of some sort.0

This is going to be a hard week for me! I just worked my last day I am a waitress. Yes I am 6 month pregnant and still want to work,but they wont let me anymore. I love my job and I was getting away with out exercising the last 3 months. I plan on doing walk away the pounds and some light strength training. Not going to do to much but got to do something. I am glad I have all to keep me motivated.0
