Yay a loss of 600grams or 1.3pounds. I am happy for this to be recorded in pounds but I am putting up both as my head works in kgs so till I get use to it I need to see both.
I reflect back over the week to see what helped my me. I drank loads more green tea. Relaxed with my exercise, ie. did gardening and enjoyed it. I also didn't eat out as much, gee that makes a difference.

This was such a bad week - health, eating and exercise-wise - and my weight shows it. I plan to get back on track this week. I have no plans to go back to where I was when I started MFP. Yes, I exercised this week, but not at the intensity I'm used to due to health reasons. Yes, I was under my calories, but I've eaten crap for the past few days. It's a new day and a new week!!! :drinker:

Gah, I was house cleaning with my mother and lost track of time...

That's awesome that you are able to maintain. For me, it's harder to maintain than lose. With the support around here and your determination, you'll be dropping those pounds quickly.

I did not lose much this past week, only .4 lbs.; but I have been celebrating my "60th" Birthday this week , first with our kids & grandkids with a special dinner & a movie with snacks & cake. Then my BFF took me out to lunch on my birthday. So I have splurged a few times.
