    It's Friday and I am so :happy: Tomorrow is sleep in day!!!

    But for today it was wake up and exercise, which now that it's over I feel really good about!

    I remembered to do day 3 this week! Ha ha!
    I was really feeling it on that last one. I could have done more, but my son came downstairs from his nap. Okay that's an excuse. I got tired of laying on the floor. :laugh:

    Hey guys I had a question. Don't know if I'm missing it on the site or what....
    When do you take the exhaustion test? Is it the next day? Skip a day? Same day?...hope not!

    Also.....I'm very surprised at how quickly my body is getting used to these exercises. When I started I was very intimidated by the numbers on my column, but now I'm excited to get to the next level!
