    Here's my weight for the week. 275lbs down 4lbs :) started a new exercise class tonight. Mma blast class with a good friend and pro female cage fighter Avery Vilche. I'm excited to see what I look like by my 6yr anniversary to my husband (12/10) and Christmas.

    Yeah, it's been a bad, bad week. I'm off to the gym right now. Sigh. Weight loss and stress just don't agree to cooperate for me!!!

    Well, my weight today is showing as a pound more than yesterday. But we had a dinner party last night, and I am sure salt intake is partially to blame. I clearly am not going to make my mini goal - but hope to be closer to it next week! I am on vacation all week - but hopefully I can sneak in enough physical activity to balance all of the eating out! Have a great week everyone - see you next Monday! :flowerforyou:

    Alrighty, lets see if I can get back on track from here. I've already lost 57 lbs since beginning this journey back in November but I've kind of slacked off lately.
    My weigh in for this week is 160 lbs, which is a gain of a couple lbs.
    I've kept up on my calorie goals and my water intake but I slacked on my sodium levels and my exercise.
    Hoping to have a good weight loss for next week.

    sorry guys....i've been MIA recently because of work :ohwell: i work at a school, so september is always crazy for me. i felt kind of overwhelmed, so i took a break from logging and counting calories. now that things are calming down at work, i've gotten back on track and i actually lost 0.6 lbs when i was just hoping to maintain. it feel great to be back, and it feels even better than i can keep up with the weight loss and healthy lifestyle even when i'm not logging or keeping track of everything i eat :drinker:

    there's no way i can reach my first mini goal, but maybe taking that 2 week break will help jump start me for the NEXT mini goal :bigsmile:
