    Hi everyone!!
    Sorry I haven't been on to intrude myself yet. My name is Sharon, I'm 22 and a SAHM if a 17 month old little boy:) I like many other have struggled with my weight must my life..i hit my highest weight when I was pregnant lost most of what I had gained being pregnant within a few weeks of having him and then gained it all back. I decided in January I needed to get healthy to be a beyer mom for him. I got down to 70 pounds lost and then kinda went in a month of rest and gained around 7 pounds. I'm way excited about this challenge..Thank you Kristen!!

    **even when i am within my calories range, if i eat sugary stuff, or high sodium foods the weight does not come off...here;s to next week....good luck all

    @julidav--keep logging and exercising...look at your past food diary entries, soemtimes there are things we can tweak..

    I love the weight loss you can get in the first week of dieting. Even if it is only mostly water weight gone, I'll still take it!
    I actually started the diet/exercise thing on 9/1 at 202.4. So, I'm off to a good start! Good luck everyone! Week 2 here we come...... :)
