I saw 174.0 this morning....so there's a good chance I will see 173 next week as long as I quit being a sow.

How does Ron feel about not being fed?

Any ideas on who we will pluck? LOL...I'm talking cocky confident...does this count for second chance category as well or just the other teams?

Shhh, Ron doesn't know that I am not feeding him...

Just looking at the charts...Cathy is very consistant and an exercise queen...yah, the two people stuck in the 170s forever thinkin' we're such bad *kitten*. I also would love to have Erin, she's so consistent. Bauer from the other team has done well - or - maybe April.

We have to bring Debbie out of the 170s with us!!

Robin, are your skates ankle high? or, shoe style...I'm going to ask Ron for those for Christmas...just wondering what your experience is?

Let's make t-shirts that say "eternally 170" if we can't beat them this time...yeah...cheesy. So let that be a motivation to get out of the 170's. If you or I don't., or both, I will be going to Hobby Lobby or Michaels come Christmas time and you will need to watch for it in the mail.

But we don't need to worry about that cause this time....yeah...This. Time. We're gonna do it. Right along with McDebbie!! WHOOT

That's a great idea...the last one out of the 170's must wear the t-shirt and post themselves wearing it on the thread...I'm going to make that offer to Debbie....ha, ha, I love it!!

Robin, I was looking at this site...are you famililar with the brands? I've just started researching

http://www.rollergirlskates.com/outdoor-skates.aspx...I kind like the ankle high too, I was thinking the baby blue ones were cool...expensive; but, cool!!

Roller Derby are great skate makers. I don't think you have to have 300 dollar skates but cool if you can. My $75 skates work great.

So, the brand that you have is Roller Derby, I guess I didn't realize that. I've just been searching the net a bit for some ideas and googled roller derby skates. I doubt that I would get $300 dollar ones; but, I liked the color. I would be skating on some gravel and paved paths. I've found some on other sites much cheaper. Thanks for the input. :flowerforyou:

I am so happy to not have to leave the house today. Seems like everyday, I have to run here and run there....lots of stuff done in the house and lots of food prepped...the kids (big ones) are whining that food is not ready to pack lunches 'cause they are trying to save money...ya, right :ohwell:

I had a yummy spinach salad for lunch and breaded chicken dijon...so yummy...I'm making pasta for the family tonight and I'm thinking I should not eat the pasta...I need a plan for myself, grrrr :grumble:

I am worried about this week. I hope I can stay strong to pull some kind of loss but the scale isn't moving. it is up from wednesday and seems stuck. :grumble:

I really feel like comfort food and stuff this weekend so it is going to be a challenge.

Mine is stuck too and I have been really, really good since Wednesday....except for last night...so, I've bumped up the exercise to 30 minutes everyday and will make food goals.

    Hang tough!!!

so my evil plan of 2 dyas with really low calories and sodium and then vodka last night made the scale budge a smidge downward. I will take it. I really thought I would have a gain this week since I haven't exercised at all (my hip) . Its amazing what you can accomplish when you put your mind to it.

Ok, I'm slightly concerned....we came back to MI on Friday and I got on the scale here today and it says I'm up 5lbs!!!! :noway:

Now, I'm sure I'm holding on to some water weight - my eating and water habits this weekend were less than favorable, but 5 POUNDS!?!?!?!? My hubby made a comment on Saturday morning that he weighed more on this scale than our MD one, but I didn't think to much of it. Until now. :grumble:

So, lots of veggies, fruit and water for me for the next two days. We're having pizza at my in-laws tonight....I NEED to only have 2 pieces. I also need a miracle!

OK....muscle heads...not sure how this week is going to turn out for us. Ron gained quite a bit with the stress of this job and my Dad visiting. I managed to maintain control with my Mom visiting. We agreed to eat home a lot, not go to the casino and she's not a drinker - so, it worked out well.

Sara, I hope that you get your miracle...

I am getting super re-focused this week.

I want to be the big winner next week
I want out of the 160's
I want to be out of obesity, I hover on the line at 173 :ohwell:
