    did you post the October schedule? I can't find it and would like to see it since I use my weekend days off during the week to accomodate my work schedule

    I got my 100 lunges (50 each leg) in today, and I still need to do my 50 sit-ups from yesterday (but I will get them in before bed). Promise. How is everyone else doing? Every one complete there's?
