Today's weigh in = 172.6 - down exactly one pound
I'm pretty excited, though, since my eating this week was subpar. Thankfully, I squeezed in A LOT of walking....although I didn't know how to log it since it was just kind of moseying around town.
Measurements have no significant change.
I haven't set this week's goals yet ... waiting to see if there are any challenges.

Tara- Yeah I need to keep some fast meals on hand for when that happens because like you said, Chef Boyardee or frozen meals are still better than fast food! Great job on the challenge. Jess- Don't worry, I have a gain this week too because I had an extra "over" day with way too much sodium...let's make it up next week. I am determined to do my best to make the goal I have set for next week! I will join the challenge! But already didn't get a workout in on Sunday since I didn't see it until late, but I will do my best to get 6 out of 7!

I had an extra cheat day with WAY too much sodium, so I have a gain this week. Trying not to let it bother me too much because I have to reach my goal by next WI. It will be my one year anniversary on MFP the 15th and I want to hit my half-way mark, which would be 202.5. I am going to Cedar Point for Halloweekend on that day, so I will have to WI on Friday or Saturday since I will NOT be counting my weight on Sunday after spending a day at an amusement park! lol. Good luck to everyone this week!
P.S. I'm making my sodium goal 5/7 because I know Saturday will be over and already had cheat day on Sunday.
