    Today's weigh in = 172.6 - down exactly one pound

    I'm pretty excited, though, since my eating this week was subpar. Thankfully, I squeezed in A LOT of walking....although I didn't know how to log it since it was just kind of moseying around town.

    Measurements have no significant change.

    I haven't set this week's goals yet ... waiting to see if there are any challenges.

    I think I did pretty great at the goals this week!!! And, from here on out, I will be using my previous Wed weight (this is my norm WI day and I just wanna have 1 number to focus on!)

    So WI this week: 125.0lbs so....down -1.2lbs!

    Tara- Yeah I need to keep some fast meals on hand for when that happens because like you said, Chef Boyardee or frozen meals are still better than fast food! ;) Great job on the challenge. You almost made up for all your sleep! I sure didn't.... VERY awesome job on your WI!! :) I don't blame you for wanting one WI. Way easier to keep track of that way. ;)

    Catherine- Nice job on your 1lb loss!

    Jess- Don't worry, I have a gain this week too because I had an extra "over" day with way too much sodium...let's make it up next week. I am determined to do my best to make the goal I have set for next week! I will join the challenge! But already didn't get a workout in on Sunday since I didn't see it until late, but I will do my best to get 6 out of 7! :)

    Fahren- Great Job!!! 5 lbs is AWESOME! You are doing very well.

    The plan for the week: Stay under calorie goal 5/7 days, workout 6 days/wk for 20 mins
    Water intake: 10-12 cups
    Next week goal weight: 202.5
    October goal weight: 196

    I had an extra cheat day with WAY too much sodium, so I have a gain this week. Trying not to let it bother me too much because I have to reach my goal by next WI. It will be my one year anniversary on MFP the 15th and I want to hit my half-way mark, which would be 202.5. I am going to Cedar Point for Halloweekend on that day, so I will have to WI on Friday or Saturday since I will NOT be counting my weight on Sunday after spending a day at an amusement park! lol. Good luck to everyone this week!

    P.S. I'm making my sodium goal 5/7 because I know Saturday will be over and already had cheat day on Sunday.

    weight - 257 (up 3)
    waist - 48 (down 1.5 inches)
    hips - 59.5 (down 1.5 inches)
    chest - 48 (up 1 inch)
    arms - 14.75 (down 0.5)
    thighs - 27.5 (down 0.5)

    I'm guessing the weight gain was from it being almost TOM & being over in sodium several days last week (same with gain in chest)

    Tosha- Good job on the challenge last week. We can make up for the gain this week!! I have planned my meals out Tuesday-Sunday this week. Well Friday night Im going to a concert at 8 seconds but I left a little wiggle room.

    I forgot to mention that my inches were lost over 2 weeks, I only measure every other week.
