Okay. I don't know what the hell is going on with me. I've actually gained weight instead of losing. I guess I must be premenstrual but this is not doing the challenge any good!!!!!0

I was completely bummed this week because I didnt loose any weight. My hope is that its because of muscle and the fact that I have kicked up my excersis routine. I am also having trouble with my water intake. I don't like water but also forget to drink enough fluids during the day. Does any one have any tricks that helps to not only drink enough water but also remeber to??
