Actually I don't know the website for these...I stole them from Shannon :devil: :smokin: But you can do a search for smilies on your internet and there are all kinds of sites for them.:bigsmile: I just can't do it at work....they're all blocked and I'm not allowed to download anything...so I had to steal them and save them to a Microsoft word sheet :bigsmile:0 -
Wow its not even 9:30 yet and already 3 pages long. What a talkative bunch we are. I did really good yesterday of course my weight is maintaining right now but I can just feel Im going to break through any day now. I did my step class yesterday for 60 minutes and then did 30 day shred.
I didnt get to go to Bosu this morning though :sad: . Darn weather. I dont drive if there is snow on the ground. I had a car accident when I was pregnant with my first child of course that was in Maine and the road was nothing but ice but if I have a kid with me I refuse to do it. So I guess when daughter goes down for nap I will do 30 day shred and maybe BL cardio Max. I havent done that one in a long time because I always go to the gym now.

Theresa~ I have lots of fun teaching. I can't believe I get paid to have fun. I really do think working out can be fun, course I act like a fool and they eat it up.
Somtimes I do struggle to get to the gym but feel so much better afterwards. I love that feeling.
I think we pay when our step teacher does a bad day of eating LOL. The other day she said she was really bad and had lasagna for lunch and cheeseburgers for dinner the day before and I thought she was going to kill us LOL. She worked us so hard but I should be happy about it.0 -

I never go to the gym. We are cutting costs right now because my fiance was laid off. So that's one thing we can do without for now. Videos and working out on your own at home does work.:bigsmile: :flowerforyou: :smokin:0 -

Did not check weight ~I always fear the scale. Been eating okay, right to the calorie limit. But I worry that my tablespoons are bigger than the tablespoons recorded and such. AND, despite making Kellch my hero, I did not exercise:explode: . Okay, I know I can't keep up with you, but your 10 minutes here an there does help. I'm going to keep up with my 30 minutes treadmill/stair, and my new Pilates for 30 minutes. Eventually I'll look forward to it, rather than trying to avoid it.0 -
I ate all but 23 calories yesterday.
In other news, I got into in fight with a donut yesterday. I had to stop at the store after work to get batteries and batteries only, I don't know what possessed me to walk buy the baked goods.
I had my eye on a doughnut, grabbed a bag to put it in then suddenly I don't know what came over me. I literally gave it the finger and said "F" you out loud. I looked up and saw the baker staring at me. I smiled and walked away.
I'm such a dope but I didn't buy that doughnut that was whispering my name.
I don't think I can ever go back to that store....at least I'll be too embarassed to walk by the bakery again.

Today is a new day. You can do it. And 10 minutes here and there DOES help. That's what I did with my first 15 pounds on this site and the 36 lbs I lost before MFP. You CAN do this :flowerforyou: Way to go on the calories!! That, alone, is an accomplishment!!:drinker: :flowerforyou:
OH! And trust me, I dont ALWAYS look forward to it...sometimes I have to have an argument with myself like Lisa did with the doughnut :laugh: And the on my left shoulder has to tell the :devil: on my right shoulder "@#$% You! Get up off your Butt and Workout!!!" I seriously have to talk myself into it sometimes. But I know that in order reach my goal I have to work for it. :smokin:0 -

I surprisingly have been under my calories all week and yesterday was a little too under 350. I did not drink much water. I slept in today but it was my day off anyway. I am starting to feel some muscle tone, less flab.

Do you ladies eat your calories burned for the day? Does that make sense? I guess if you have 1200 cal and you burn 500cal, do you then eat 1700cal that day?
Yes because there is already a 500 calorie deficit built in.......where's the link to that article by Banksie

That's what I have been doing. Working out is easy for me, it's watching why I eat that makes things difficult for me.
I tend to burn quite of bit of calories at the gym. I want to make sure I'm doing this right.

Went over my calories again but I did exercise yesterday. I was only over by 250. Gonna try to stay under or just at my goal today. We will see how that works out for me.:laugh:
250 over should still leave you a little deficit. So don't feel too bad. Today is a new day. :flowerforyou:
BUT.... You should be eating your exercise calories though. Make sure you log exercise and eat those calories.:flowerforyou:
