    Day 7. Sunday 25th. Well I've let the side down this week lol. Cals burnt today 0! Total for the week 4887. Started with a tummy bug tonight, so probably why I've felt so bad! We will have to do this again when everyones had a break and we are feeling well. So very proud of you all guys. Please post weight losses tomorrow! Can't wait to hear all about it! X

    You have so not let the side down at all hunny. Look how much you did, especially considering you were invalided out for 2 days! Huge accomplishment.

    Hi everyone. Monday 26th... Day after the calorie challenge. Weigh in day.
    Sw: 253
    Now: 251.
    My lowest loss in a long time. Prooves the weekend workouts make a huge difference in making you loose more. But... I'm soooo happy because I'm under 18 stone! This is a huge psychological barrier for me, and I really really needed to see that this week. I'm at my birthday goal, which is 6th October, so got another 10 days to get well and truly under it. Until I got ill, this challenge did push me to climb that massive hill 4 days last week on my dinner break, and I will be doing the same this week. Back at work tomorrow. Still not feeling great. At the hospital today so going to walk it there and see how energetic I feel when I get back lol. Thanks guys. Enjoyed this. So proud of you all, we will do it again! Maybe once a month? Zara x

    Hi honey, I always find when I increase or change up my exercise the first week isn't an amazing loss. Think the body goes into shock, muscles retain water when hurting and you must have built muscle of that incline. If you keep it up there should be a big loss next week. How it always works with me anyway. 2lbs is still a bag of sugar though! Wait for the big loss next week! X

    Well done Zara and Darla. I managed 2 pounds as well. It's all good. Together we lost 6 pounds!
