30DS Challenge from Sept 20 till Oct 20

Ok so weight results I started at 260.8 and ended at 254.6 so a loss of 6.2lbs!!!!! Hey im happy with that. We all want it to be more of coarse but Im happy. As far as measurements I don't know because im not very good with measuring myself I don't think I stay in the same spot everytime so I don't think its accurate. But I think I've list 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips.
Keep up the great work ladies! Going to start using my elliptical today and buy another dvd soon!
That is great!!! 6.2 lbs in 30 days is a great loss and the inches is the best part!! Thank you for sharing! I am taking the day off from 30DS as I did C25K tonight and my body is too worn out to do any more so I am going to rest and pick back up tomorrow!0 -

I'm a little behind ( no i don't have a little behind yet lol)
Day 6 level 3 done, still not quite fit enough to completely keep up with Jillian and the skinnies, but some improvement, rock star star are a no go for me.
Thank for posting as you went along i has kept motivated and even though i missed a couple of days it pretty good commitment for the biggest exercise phobic on the planet.
Don't laugh but QVC had a special deal this week on the Zumba DVDs and shakey stick things, so i thought what the heck i have 30 days to see if i like it, if not i can send it back.0 -

just could not finish the last 4 days of level 3, so i'm restarting tonight from level 1.
however here are the results achieved.
just checked back on my measurements that i had logged in on the 23/09/2011 & 02/10/2011.
30 Day shred the( DREAD)
day 1 day 15 end = day 1 restart 24/10/2011
waist 37 35 34
hips 47 46 45
bust 43 42 41.5
arm 15 14 13.5
leg 25.5 25 24.5
belly 47 45 42
Holy cow that's 16.5 inches, gone from the first round. just imagine what i could achieve if i put some bloody effort in.

Congratulations! Those are great results! You should be proud of your efforts. Also, give yourself some credit for getting back to it. I know first hand how easy it can be to walk away.0 -
Hello ladies. I just started back up again today. I had only gotten to L2D3 and got off track. I did level 1 today but I think I will go back to level 2. I was surprised at how much endurance I had and how strong I was. I only used 3lb weights except for the chest flys which I used 5lbs for. Maybe it was easier because I was well rested? I thought it would be harder since I hadn't done it in 2 1/2 weeks and the only other exercise I've done was C25K week 1 on the elliptical last Sat & Sun (over a week ago!!!). It also really felt great to be able to do the whole thing without any knee, ankle, foot or back pain. I really felt like I could put my best foot forward instead of worrying that I may injure myself more. My plan right now is to do the shred 3 days and the C25K on my elliptical for 3 days with one rest day. Some day I know I will do the full 30 days but for now this is what I feel will work best for me. I need to keep things at a level I really think I will stick to.
How is everyone else doing? Is anyone still trying to finish or moved on to bigger and better things?0 -
I still have 3 more days to do of level 3. I am hoping to finish this week or maybe next. I will still use 30DS in between everything, but needed to change it up so I didn't lose interest. Great job to you all for pushing through!0
