my limbs are achy but i will keep on pushing....it was alittle easier today didn't stop as much(ofcourse I got up at 4:30 to do it so no one was asking for snacks,ect)can wait for day 30 to get here:)0 -

Sore, but made it through it again.
My upper body and abs are more sore than than my legs...but I worked arms and shoulders yesterday in the gym. Im doing the 30ds
on top of my regular workout schedule because Ive been stuck at 136 for WEEKS!!! Hopefully this will jumpstart my body into the
changes Im wanting. Cant wait to see inches lost at the end....0 -

A little achy, but have some other muscle issues going on at same time (was achy before started!) Was hungry yesterday. Combination of exercise, cooler weather, and slow foot traffic at work. Made decent food choices, just over calorie intake.0 -

Still a bit sore from yesterday, but I did notice that I was able to keep up more today without stopping. Still can't get those push ups done, but working towards it.
Its kinda hard for me to do the cardio part cause I live on the second floor of an apartment and I don't want to disturb the people downstairs. When she come to that part I keep moving but in a slightly different, more quiet, way. I did go for a quick walk/jog after to get some more cardio in.
All in all I feel great and am happy that I did it!!!0 -

Just like carribear I was sore from yesterday - I woke up with achey arms and quads.
And I was oh-so-very sweaty - is anyone else finding this too? I am always the sweatiest girl at the gym, so it might just be me! I felt that the session went a lot faster than yesterday and although the push-ups were still tough, I managed to finish them (Anita style though! I don't know whether I'll be able to do it the Natalie way for quite some time!).
I still have a bit of gym-ache soreness in my arms and quads - which I'm relishing - I haven't felt this for a while, so maybe my muscles have gotten too used to the weights I do at the gym? Hopefully this ache is a sign of the early stages of shredding!
I had a kiwi fruit, pint of water and cup of hot water with lemon before I started at about 10AM this morning. Then had some coconut water and another glass of water before my breakfast. I've eaten pretty well so far today - anyone who is interested please feel free to take a look at my food diary which is open.

I think my food diary is public so feel free to look at it to see how I'm doing...so far so good. I'm in college so I tend to eat lots of grab and go foods, probably not the best stuff, but watching the calories seems to be helping a lot.

Oh mannnnnnnnnn I was sweating a ton during this workout!! It was something else, my roommate wanted to see what it was about and did it with 5lb weights (I used 3lb) and she couldn't believe how hard it was!! But luckily I can get through...the jumping jacks and jump rope are what kill me the most it seems. But after just completing day 2 about 5 minutes ago, I really do love the way I feel right now, that nice burn of "wow I just kicked my own butt into gear". Today at work I was a little stiff, not really sore, but didn't want to bend down to the lowest filing cabinets haha. But overall not too bad, just really important to make sure you do all the stretching and probably a bit more!0 -
