Started last week at 230.
Today's weigh in: 224
It was my first week though, so I don't expect as large a weight loss next week.
I weighed myself at my mother-in-laws last night, I wish her scale was accurate, it said I am 210 pounds and started on the 0. But I have at least noticed that I no longer have to suck in my stomach a little to zipper and button my pants.0 -

Argh! That's really upsetting. I ate pretty well and exercised like crazy. Maybe it's just muscle weighing more than fat? Yeah, I'll just keep telling myself that's what it is...

Good morning!!
So, my starting weight was 169 pounds...I didn't keep track of the 10ths of pounds then.... But now I am!
My weight this morning was 167.6. So down 1.4 pounds. Not bad!! Not as much as I need to conquer the challenge though! I'm hoping it'll pick up as I fine-tune my weight loss efforts.

BRING IT! I am in. I weighed myself 184 lbs., but i'll do it again today in the afternoon because I would prefer to go with the weight in that I did in the morning, at my house which was 180 lbs.
It could be my cloths and shoes, which I hoping that is the case. Cause if it isn't, I've actually gain 4 lbs. :-(

Ok, I've added the last few that have requested it....but I really have to cut it off now, spreadsheet is getting big!!! But I'm glad all of you have joined!! I've updated today's weigh in with what I have so far and I'm just checking in so I should be caught up with everyone that has posted before me.
Great job so far, lots of loss this week!! I gained unfortunately, had a good week but wasn't on track this weekend and now it shows, but I'm back on track today!
