I say we do ripped in 30 monday -friday each level and take sunday as day off and saturdays add your own .what you guys think?

  • I finished Ripped in 30 a few weeks ago, I loved it! I'm still doin it 5 x a week, I want to be able to do the advanced version of everything (and I'm getting close!)

    Curious to see how it all goes for you. I bought Ripped last week but not planning on starting it until next month around this time, after my big walk is done.

    im so excited about this challenge starting tommorow,we will do great and we will motivate each other.Just wanted to let you guys know im also doing chalean extreme and its longer tahn ripped in 30 so when i looged my excercive because chalean is longer will only say chalean extrem(just wanted to let you know kn ow so you did not think wow how come it never shows ripped in 30 (that one think about teh site taht i wich could cahnge cause only shows including....the longest excercice you did .Anyways we will Rock this!!

    I just did D1L1 today. I plan on doing 10 days at each level. I have a crazy schedule I hope I can keep it up.

    This is exactly what I'm looking for - a challenge! I'm becoming unmotivated. Does the "30" represent 30 minutes a day or is it representing 30 days/month? Count me in.

    Im in!! im starting today too. I did RI30 in August and then have just finished the first month of insanity. Im going to do RI30 and also 6 week six pack also :) Looking forward to chatting with you!

    Now that I have an HRM I create it as a new exercise and enter my cals that way but before I had my HRM I would log other similar exercises as circuit training.

    Guys I did it for the first time today and it was TOUGH. But totally worth it! I feel like I worked out so much harder than I have with other exercises in the same time frame.
