This is exactly what I'm looking for - a challenge! I'm becoming unmotivated. Does the "30" represent 30 minutes a day or is it representing 30 days/month? Count me in.0

Im in!! im starting today too. I did RI30 in August and then have just finished the first month of insanity. Im going to do RI30 and also 6 week six pack also

Now that I have an HRM I create it as a new exercise and enter my cals that way but before I had my HRM I would log other similar exercises as circuit training.0 -
Guys I did it for the first time today and it was TOUGH. But totally worth it! I feel like I worked out so much harder than I have with other exercises in the same time frame.0

I am on week 3, but it's been a crazy month so have only done it 4x week. I really like it, but not crazy about a lot of the ab moves. Today was my first time doing #3 and it is rough on the legs!0
