    I just did D1L1 today. I plan on doing 10 days at each level. I have a crazy schedule I hope I can keep it up.

    This is exactly what I'm looking for - a challenge! I'm becoming unmotivated. Does the "30" represent 30 minutes a day or is it representing 30 days/month? Count me in.

    I'm in! How are you guys logging it in as? Circuit training?

    Now that I have an HRM I create it as a new exercise and enter my cals that way but before I had my HRM I would log other similar exercises as circuit training.

    Guys I did it for the first time today and it was TOUGH. But totally worth it! I feel like I worked out so much harder than I have with other exercises in the same time frame.

    I am in too I guess...Lucie told me I had too..haha. I currently show 151 on the scales...My goal is 135. I am hoping to see a 5 pound lost with ripped in 30 or at least inches gone. We can do this.... Best of luck!

    Oh, I just realized I am doing the 30 day shred not ripped. I hope I can stay with the group that is on a 30 day track, but I will be doing a slightly different program. :)

    I am on week 3, but it's been a crazy month so have only done it 4x week. I really like it, but not crazy about a lot of the ab moves. Today was my first time doing #3 and it is rough on the legs!
