Got mine at Walmart - they are in the Produce section, in the refrigerated part, at the end of where they have the bagged lettuce. Weird spot, I know!
I was able to make a double batch with one packet of won ton wrappers.

This is really close to the hungry girl recipe. We make these from time to time. I like to use 96/4 lean ground beef to lower the calories and cholesterol even more.
Here is a picture of the ones I made last time. The hungry girl version has spinach and other vegetables in them as well.

Made these for dinner tonight. Definately a keeper. I added a few thin slices of yellow squach in the layers and it added a nice touch. I was amazed at how the wontons kept it all together. We didn't even need forks, just ate like a sandwich. Definately recommended.0

I'm thinking the next time I make these, I'll make a "taco" version, and instead of layering with the "lasagna" ingreadients, I'll do this:
Wonton wrapper
Salsa
Ground turkey, browned and seasoned with taco seasoning
Chopped black olives
Shredded mexican cheese blend
Repeat!
Hubs likes food HOT, so for HIS ONLY, I'll add a few drops of hot sauce, and some chopped jalapenos. I do NOT like hot food, even a little bit hot - so I am totally LOVING the fact that these are INDIVIDUAL servings, so I can make HIS as hot as he wants it!
Yep, I think this'll be on the menu this weekend!
