    OK guys, looks like we are losing momentum.... we are almost there... I've logged my burns for the time I have been away, can those that have not yet logged please do so as soon as possible, we are super close to being done now, so lets kick it in to gear!!!!!

    yup, logged mine from the weekend. Didn't do any Sunday or today, as a bit achy, so giving the muscles a bit of time to relax.
