Mem, we will sure miss you!! Maybe you could log on at the Library? Or, if you have a Laptop, take it to McDonalds or anyplace that has Free Wi-Fi?
Maryee the rain is getting here right now but it is bringing 30--60 mph Wind with it!! I am glad that I've already done all my Walking for today, except for the 7-11 Snack Run later. It can be a short walk if it is raining, or too cold.

:flowerforyou: Thanks, Maryee!! It was in the 70s briefly today. I walked to work at Curves, and Hubby met me there to walk home after work.

We had record breaking temps here today. High 70s. Some nearby areas were 80. Cold front to come in tomorrow afternoon with strong winds. I really want some winter!!
Nothing exciting going on here. Tomorrow's my babys 46th b irthday. That doesn't seem possible. Where does time go. Seems like yesterday he was this cute little baby.
    Have a good day/night everyone.

Forgot the message. I was thinking about that. Get a cheep (less expensive) laptop and hit up the places that offer this. Might only be once a week or so but anything is better then nothing.

I went to a Women's Conference today, lots of sales tables, about 15% of them had something to do with health/fitness/weight loss. I was amused to see a salesperson at one of these tables really selling to a client. The sales person was bigger than I am and the client, if she had an extra ounce of fat on her I didn't see it.

I'm sick of not being able to sleep due to this annoying cough I have. eating is up the creek, exercise is not happening, just want to feel better. So in order to get some sleep tonight, when my husband suggested going to our local club I agreed. A few rum and cokes ( I don't drink often so it only takes a couple) Now lets hope I sleep tonight. Very relaxed.

:ohwell: Sometimes you just have to shake your head, Angelika. You can't explain some people.
Turning in to a nice afternoon here, except for the 20 mph wind. Maybe go for a walk later.

Jelly===hope you were able to sleep. If you didn't,at least you had a good time trying.

Angelika===you should have gone over and said to them that it looked like the product really worked.

Don't know what's happened to everyone. Maybe they gave us up for Lent.

I went to a computer course today. Now I know all those secrets (well some) that made people look so clever. They just no shortcuts and how to operate a conputer.

I yearn to be a geek.

However my brain was really tired after a full day of school. Its been too long between lessons. Not sure if I remember much at all now.

    Long Live The Thread.

 !!!!! Been doing a lot of OT at work and barely have time to sleep, eat, report back to work let alone work-out. Another busy week planned out. Hate the OT but do like the check that follows it. Great weekend all!!!!!

Hey there Maryee71, I so agree that OT does make the check better! It payed for the thrift store expedition yesterday. The guys at work are going to get a shock tomorrow for certain. I've been holding off on work clothes because.....well.......

    1-I am NOT a fashionista. ( I weld...snort) at work.
2- I believe in getting my moneys worth out off anything I buy. Yeah, the deciding factor was the thinning area in the upper thigh and cheek area. Don't need a wardrobe malfunction at work, thank you very much!!!!
And 3, I wanted to be confident that the weight stayed gone.

I went to Goodwill this weekend for the same reason. Got a nice new to me pair of pants that don't feel like clown pants. Maybe I will go crazy in a nice clothing store but not until all the extra weight is gone.
