Finished with level 1! Today was day 10, so tomorrow begins level 2. Looking forward to it! Especially since so many people seem to like level 2. We'll see how it goes. :happy:
Thanks! I'm pretty psyched up for it! I have a question. Do you use a calorie counter of some type when you exercise? Is that how you know you burned more calories on the second level?
Also, on a side note, I actually got a compliment at work today from someone saying that I look much smaller!!! I work with mostly men and they either don't notice ANYTHING or they just don't say it, so to get a compliment must mean I'm doing something right. Keep it up everyone!!0 -

I do 30DS 5x week taking Wednesday off for a boot camp class, I also take part in a Xmas Challenge on here...there are exercise challenges everyday, I do Ab ripper 100 from the P90 DVD daily...working my way back up to Ab ripper 200.0 -

I hear ya! I struggle with that one as well...and I am only using my 5lb weights to start out & can't even imagine going higher :noway:0

Just finished day 1 of level 2 (11th day total). I must say so far I detest level 2! Lol. It'll be interesting to see how I feel about level 2 in a few days.0

Ok so I was supposed to start L2 today but it didn't happen. I have a 1/2 marathon coming up and today was my long run and I just couldn't manage an extra workout on top of 2hrs of running. I'm excited to do L2 tomorrow though!!!
