Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 75 squats. This is going to be challenging for me today since my legs feel like jello already with doing Jillian 2 days in a row. My legs are killing me today, but I will get it done. Check in when completed. Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!0

Ditto that! I feel great after my JM workout this morning but my legs are gonna be jello after 75 squats. I'll get them done this evening after work.0 -
My 75 squats are completed - not as bad as I thought, but lets see how I feel this afternoon. Could be a totally different story.0

I did my squats last night but forgot to report in. My proof is that when doing my 30Ds workout this morning my glutes were screaming!!! lol! But that's cool cuz I want a tight little bum and this is the only way to get it0

I was soooo far behind!? I actually did my lunges from last week on Monday. Yesterday I did my squats, tricep extension (add myself to Sat), and Mondays crunches. I now need to do lunges (I hope I have time to recover before my half marathon... I was sore for two days after!?) and the situps.
I am so glad there is a picture of the calendar!?!0 -
Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 100 lunges. My legs are finally feeling back to normal today (from Jillian) for the first time all week, so I can manage the 100 lunges. You can either do them all at once or break them up - just make sure it is 50 each leg. Check in when completed!!0

It is ok, Carrie - just get them in when you can. I have been behind before and had to catch up. Life gets in the way sometimes. Just don't over do it before your half marathon.0 -

Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 50 push-ups. I know they are brutal just do them anyway possible (real ones, girlie ones, against the wall, etc). You can do them all at once or break them up into section - as long as you get them done. Check in when completed!!! Have a great day.0

My 50 push-ups are completed (10 real ones and 40 girlie ones) plus I did an extra 50 squats and 50 crunches for extra toning and calories burned. I went out to eat for lunch and I am going out tonight with my boyfriend - I need all the extra calories I can get right now.0

didn't have a chance to check in yesterday but my 50 pushups were completed (all girly from the knee style - but with good form and done in 2 sets of 25 with only about a 5 minute break in between. for me, that's a big deal!)0

A reverse crunch is when you put your legs straight up in the air (when laying on your back) and life your butt up off the floor. It uses your lower abs (or your "pouch" from those of us who have/had babies). You could also youtube it for a demo I am sure.0 -
Well, so much for my rest day - I did Ripped in 30 (level 2) and I am doing an extra 50 crunches, 50 squats, and 50 push-ups for some extra toning while watching Hawaii 5-O.0

I was a lazy bum this weekend. It was my bday so I had lots of company and such and that kept me from workoing out. I woke up Saturday morning early and even though my body wanted to workoutmy stupid brain was like "take a break! you toally deserve it!" so I stayed in bed even though I had itchy legs burning to get up and exercise. gah! I hate when my brain plays that trick on me! At least I didn't go overboard on the snacking this weekend.
But I'm back at er today. I had an awesome workout this morning and am pumped for a new week of challenges :happy:0 -

Phew..completed my situps..They nearly killed me, but yes i completed them..yay!0

had a crazy night last night so I did not get my situps done. But have no fear! I'm planning to do double duty today and complete yesterday's and today's cahllenges this evening.0
