Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mision is 50 push-ups done anyway you can (real ones, girlie ones, against the wall, etc). Just as long as you complete them. Check in when completed.
Mine are completed with 15 real ones and 35 girlie ones - I thought the 15 real ones were going to kill me, but I did it.0 -
30 so far today. whew! I was offered a free taekwondo class since I'm paying for my two kids to attend and was seriously thinking about it but if i can't get 30 pushups in at a time i'm not sure if joining now is a good idea! maybe after doing this for a few weeks!0

I endd up in the hospital yesterday so I couldn't finish my push ups. IDK if it's a smart idea to try squats today, I had a massive kidney stone attack and I haven't passed it yet. I am so sore on the right side, it is the biggest stone I've had in fifteen years. *sadface*0

I would take it easy - you can always come back and do the squats later. You don't want to make things worse.0 -
Well, I did complete today's mission - 75 squats in a row and my daughter did some too with me (she is at work with me today). Also, while at work I did some extra girlie push-ups (50) and 50 crunches - extra toning, and I ran in place for 30 mins and walked/stepped in place for 30 mins. I needed the extra calorie burn today because otherwise I would be over big time today - Burger king for lunch.0

Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 50 reverse crunches. If you don't understand what a reverse crunch is I would recommend looking it up on youtube for a demo. It is a great exercise to work your lower abs. Check in when completed!!!0

Completed - hoping to do atleast 2 circuits of Ripped in 30 - level 3. It is a brutal level, but I need the extra cardio today.0

Ok, group, I have made the calendar for November. To give you a head-ups of what is to come: I have added 2 new exerciese which you will probably have to look them up unless you recognize them from Jillian (The butterfly or Back-up Free and Kneeling kickbacks. I have also increased quantity on some exercise while others have stayed the same (Sit-ups and push-ups). I have also taken away Saturdays being water - it is now another toning day, but Sundays are still a rest day. So, we will now be toning 6 days a week and resting one. I wil take a pictures of it (like I did last time) and post it in a new topic when it gets closer. Just wanted to let you know of what is to come.0

I was sent in to emergency surgery today and had a stint put in. no exercises for me for at least a week. my kidney stone is 9 mm and will have to undergo the soundwave therapy to break it up.
of course this happens RIGHT when I come upon a fantastic job prospect.0 -

I am sorry to hear that. My best friend has issues with kidney stones as well and a few months ago she had to have one removed because it wouldn't break up. Why don't you just jump back in with us next month once you get cleared from the drs. Take it easy and listen to his/her instructions - it is important. I hope the job prospect understands too.0 -

Sorry for being MIA last week. I had a super sick baby (measels!) which is why I fell off the map for checking in after each daily challenge. I did keep up with them and all and complete them tho. My monkey is back to his normal sunny self again so I'll be back on MFP and will check in after each daily challenge.
Looking forward to the changes for Novemeber! Bring it on!!

Sorry to hear about your sick little one. I can totally relate since I have had 2 sick babies all weekend. My son has the croop and my daughter has a virus with a fever attached. They are still both sickk in which I am lacking major sleep today. Glad all is well now. Glad you kept up with the missions even with a very sick little one. Time for a new week.0 -
