    Whew, it's been a while since I have done anything! Last week, I had to do a stairs challenge, and while I am sure I went miles up and down those stairs, I didn't know how to measure it!

    Back at it this week with a 3.5 mile walk on the lunch break. Ticker is updated.

    With 3,800 miles clocked we're still going strong. We slowed down a little, however our daily mileage remains the best ever and a good 50% of the participants are on track to reach their goals. Wtg folks !!!

    On the down side, half of the starters somehow missed the transition to the new address. Some are still updating their tickers, some had to stop because of health/life issues and some were immovable from the beginning anyway. Ballpark figure: roughly 30% or so have given up overall . :brokenheart:

    I've put in 19 miles since my last update, so am about to adjust my signature to reflect that. Since my last log-in, I've run 9 miles, hiked another 9 miles, and walked 2 miles. Have to get moving more, now that things are a teeny bit less busy than they have been...

    Walked .8 miles for warmup and cooldown, then ran 3.5 miles with 226 foot elevation gain, and lots of leaf-covered rocky trails. Even with a few walk breaks, I'm surprised I had an overall pace of just over 65mph, so my running must've been at close to my racing speed. No wonder I felt so crappy! :laugh:
