    9.3 miles in a 15K run today. 8:40 per mile... which is very good speed at that distance... for me

    3.5 mile run this morning. I also started following the Active.com Half Marathon Training plan this week. I am loving that it sends me harassing text messages on the days I am supposed to go run! Should help keep me accountable! Happy running everyone. :)

    @ bbbbbb: Both the distance and the speed of your run are amazing. I wish I could do that.

    I made it back from my business trip without any further mishaps. I even started getting used to the right hand drive traffic :glasses: I ate and drank :drinker: way too much the last couple of days, like I always do on business trips :embarassed: If it's not raining tomorrow I'll try to cover some extra miles and get back to my normal habits :frown:
