    Fell off the wagon a bit with my walking but I did 4.3 miles this morning. I'm walking a 5k next weekend so I'm hoping I'll get all of my miles in. :happy: ticker updated.

    Maude, I love this. I believe that unlike Walter Mitty you can actually become one of these characters, or any character you want to be.

    Rode the bike for an hour in the morning and played 90 minutes of basketball with some kids half my age. There's always the risk of making a fool out of yourself playing against active athletes, however I was good. I even got some very positive comments on my fitness level. Not bad at all. I can dream on

    YOU'RE WELCOME!!! This little island (and I mean really little) has raised over $200k over the last 10 years which I think is amazing!

    Got in another 2.5 miles on the beach with the dogs this evening too!

    3.7 miles walking in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K walk. I know a 5k is 3.2 miles, but I walked another 1/2 mile when I was done to meet my ride :drinker:
