    Happy to be back home!!! Was great to fill out my Immigration Card yesterday and ask for 80 days!!!! So no excuses - the Fall routine is offically started! Did my 3 miles C25K route this morning hoping the mosquitos aren't too bad so I can do a beach walk with the dogs this afternooon!

    I got a 1 mile walk in at lunchtime today. Not sure about tonight. I'll need to see what I'm up for tonight. My knees & feet are campaigning for a rest day... :)
