    Walked my C25K course so thats 3 miles then did a beach walk with the dogs for another 2.5. I am finally "On-Track" to make my goal this month!!! Yeah!

    Not true Dinos I run on the dirt roads all around my house but I do walk on the beach with the dogs. I have been told that running on the beach is an injury waiting to happen and I dont need any more injuries!!!

    And by the way - I love your Geeklish!

    Today I completed week 5 run 3 of C25K which was the first long run of 20 minutes with no breaks - so that was three miles total. Then I walked the BEACH wth the pooches and that was another 2.5. Had a great weigh in day too!
