Just updated my ticker. I have two more months to complete 200 miles. If I succeed 1400 miles have past me by this year moved by walking or running...I havenoticed on an average I walk( working) 4 miles becasue I take the stairs and park far away from the door. Lets get out there and move our *kitten*'s0

A two mile run - walk - run this morning, because I've had a cold/flu thing and haven't done squat just about all week.
I thought, "Just an easy jog," but when I checked my stopwatch at the one mile mark, I was at 8:20! I walked the next half mile, then jogged the last half at the same speed. It didn't feel that fast!
So maybe, just maybe, I'll do a 5k tomorrow. If the same folks run this one as ran it last year, and I'm able to maintain my pace, I might win something! And I like winning something.0 -

I will try to get in a bike ride later but so far this morning I have cleaned a bedroom and a bathroom along with a 3.5 mile run and it was not even noon yet!!! It is BEAUTIFUL here in Montana today!!!!0

Just updated my sig to 61 miles. Since I last posted I've run 3 miles, walked 7 miles, and biked 8 miles. Going to get another bit of a walk in this evening, and then should log some good miles this weekend since I have a slightly longer run planned, a leisurely bike-ride date, and am sure to fit some walking in.0
