Couldn't run tonight due to knee issue, so it was all biking tonight for 10.7 miles.
Oh! And with that I already made my goal for the month! After either not making my goal or barely making it the last few months, I needed* to crush it this month. And I'm going continue to see just how much more* I can drive that sucker into the ground!! :bigsmile:0 -

I set my challenge distance too low ... lack of experience. I have never counted distance before who could guess how motivating it has been!!

My worry now, isn't about how much I can do this month ... but how on earth I am going to match it next month!!
(I mean, how on earth did I manage the distance I have done?
I know I did ... but never having counted distance before ... well the whole lot in one total seems daunting!)0
