    I need your all help what can I do to help make this a better group for next month. I know the next two months will be hard for everyone with holidays coming up. So how can I help with me running this site? What can I do differently? What do I did you like about this group? I promise not to get my feelings hurt. I want you to be honest and open with me, so I can improve this group.

    Mid week check in and after being unwell earlier this week I am down to 139.5 lbs just by keeping my diet on track, no exercise since Sat. Two more good days and I am hoping to stay under 140lbs for my Saturday weigh in.

    How is everyone else doing?

    So I lost the 0.6 just another 2 pounds to go then i'm at my second weight goal. I need to really try! I have one of my friends party in a month and I want to be nice and slim for the pictures then!

    I find it encouraging to check out how we are all doing, to see that we all work at different levels and to be able to work my own progress without judgement.

    A small gain but not surprising since the 26th was my 30th birthday and I induldged a little.

    Have you been working out a lot? Sometimes when we gain weight it is actually mucle. How are your cloths fitting?

    Here's mine. Jackie, I am not sure how else you can improve this group... I, myself look forward to Saturday weigh in. Since I know I do weigh in every Saturday, I do my best with eating and exercise so I see a positive result on weigh in day. Thank you for keeping and making the spread sheet for us.
