10/4 - 55 Min Circuit Training at gym with trainer (she kicked my *kitten*) - 400 caloried burned
10/5 - 45 Min Walking - 286 calories burned
10/6 - 55 Min Circuit Training with trainer - 376 calories burned
10/7-10/8 - nothing (well, except a short walk that I didn't time or anything and the obligatory housework)
10/9 - 60 Min Walking - 307 calories burned

I think I'll keep it low and shoot for 270 minutes next week.

Hi Everyone-
I really really have good intentions - I really really plan to get moving. It didn't happen last week. I did plan to get in walks at lunch time. It didn't pan out.
I have four days this week to get in at least an hour of walking each day. I will not attempt to commit to anything beyond Thursday (I leave Friday for my cruise). My daughter has already declared that we will work out while we are gone. Let's hope we can stick with it!!

Commit to 3 or more days of intential exercise on cruise Val. Do you dance? Enter the shipboard activity. They do line dance activities a lot on the cruises and they are so much fun. RCCL even give you vouchers for activities. You are 70 pounds down so you should feel much better and have more engery to move more. Even if you don't have a wonderful time dear!!

Apparently, I can not add very well... it was a total of 280 minutes, better than 240, but I will strive for more next week. Sorry about the 3 posts, I am having technical difficulties...lol

Thanks Mollie. I love to dance, so I'll be sure to check out the activities on the cruise. I've really enjoy myself each time I have gone in the past, so I'm predicting this time will be the same. I will think about you while I'm suffering through seven days of glorious sunshine, tropical beaches and clear blue water. Not for sure how I will make it through!! LOL
