    Mon: 45 min WATP Leslie Sanssone DVD for ABS - 3 miles
    Tue: 40 min WATP LS 2 mile DVD
    Wed: 35 min WATP LS 2 mile DVD for Abs

    Sun:

    Week total: 120 minutes

    10/11/2011- 58 minutes
    10/12/2011- 55 minutes

    197 minutes to go!!!!!

    Not an entirely bad week, thanks to today's efforts. It sure feels good to sweat, and get my heart pumpin'! Good job to every one else too! :)

    10/14/2011- 30 minutes
    10/15/2011- 60 minutes
    10/16-2011- 165 minutes

    Total- 408/350

    I did better than last week...so hopefully this week I keep it up or at least do the 350 minutes...I hope I can cause I'm not feeling to well...

    My dog passed away about a week and a half ago now so...I haven't been able to focus on weight loss at all. He was 17 when he passed and I had picked him out at the store when I was still in elementary school so...it was tough (as it always is...). Anyway, the point is I haven't succeeded at this challenge but I have started to get back on track.
