4 miles down this morning. I have been running 3 miles during the week plus a long run on the weekends. Knowing I want to hit 100 miles for Oct. has inspired me to add a mile to my week-day runs.

Wow. 8 minute mile. I'm impressed! Yesterday had my fastest mile sice starting again at 12:14. Sub 10 is a dream. Hope I can get there!0

Yay...I'm in again. So far I have 0 miles for the month, but that will be changing by 1pm eastern time. Goal is to go for 120 miles this month.0

I ran 5 miles yesterday (10/3) and ran 13.1 miles on 10/1. My total so far is 18.1. Hope you all are doing well with your goals.

Awesome, I was waiting for someone to start this thread....guess I was just too lazy to start it myself I was able to get in 115 last month, we'll see how it goes this month...the spreadsheet is an awesome idea! So far this month I ran 5 miles on 10/1 and 5 miles on 10/2...more to come this week....and according to my training schedule (training to run under 2 hrs in a half marathon in November) I should top out around 150 miles....if all goes according to plan....0
