Awesome, I was waiting for someone to start this thread....guess I was just too lazy to start it myself I was able to get in 115 last month, we'll see how it goes this month...the spreadsheet is an awesome idea! So far this month I ran 5 miles on 10/1 and 5 miles on 10/2...more to come this week....and according to my training schedule (training to run under 2 hrs in a half marathon in November) I should top out around 150 miles....if all goes according to plan....0

Wow I have just seen this and it will be fantastic for my training! Hope I'm not too late to join you.
I am currently doing Bridge 2 10K after completing my first ever 5K in 27 mins. I really want to build on what I've done so far so count me in!
So far I have done 9 miles.

Great job everyone - and it is nice to hear what you speed work outs you are doing as well - GREAT inspiration. Looks like I will do elliptical work tonight, 3 or 4 miles at 30 resistance and 9 incline - that will keep my heart beat up (:

4 miles today - 2 of those miles were on a moderate incline hill and another 1 mile on a very steep incline hill we have here in Ottawa. Thank god tomorrow is a core day.0

I'm in too! I did not make it in September, but am determined this month. Have run 3 days this week so far and am hoping for a Saturday run too!0

1.59 miles. Had to cut it short due to responsibilities for everyone else, but I was really actually glad to be out there running. This is a new thing for me. I'm still slow, but I was faster today too. And I signed up for my 5 K trail run in 2 weeks.0

I'm down. I'm training for a 5k right now and I'm trying to break 40 minutes by November. I'm sure that sounds slow to many of you but it's good for me. My last run on Tuesday was 42:27.
My next run is tomorrow.0
