4 Miles down, tomorrow is my long run. Hope it feels as good as last weeks run. Busy week at work, it feels great to run it off!!0

-->first 2 miles (8:30 pace) TOTAL SO FAR: 2
----> 6x 400m fast AKA 1.5 miles 10 min (6:30 pace) TOTAL SO FAR: 3.5
> 2 miles @ 6:22 pace TOTAL SO FAR: 5.5
> 10ish min cool down 1.5 miles (8:30 pace) TOTAL SO FAR: 7

Wow...this will be great training for my first half marathon in Feb. 100 miles seems like alot but I'll putt that as my goal and go from there.

Put me down for 4.17 for today. That's long for me. I've only been running since August or so.
I should change my goal to 75 for the month tho. 100 was a stretch but I'm gonna travel and have to make arrangeetc for my mom's funeral and final details. Plus kids and their needs. So 75 is a better goal I can reach for and still do my life.0 -

I just looked on micoach and learned that today was my farthest (4.17 miles) and earlier this weeks was my fastest training mile 12:11. I realize these are neither fast nor far, but I'm new, so I'm gonna take it. I'll do a 5K trail run next weekend so I'll see what I do when I'm racing and not training. It won't be great, but I'd love to be under 12:00 as an average. It is through the woods and not on a street though.0

WOW! people are kicking $ss here ! Inspirational! I am going for elliptical spin right now (hurt my foot - so I am stuck with cross training for this week) - and then I will update the spread sheet (and I am adding some new participants as well YAY - WELCOME)!

6 mile run done very early this morning, why do I love running in the dark???

WOW *that* is great - I remember having high weekly milage - when I ran in College - but that is now a faint memory (and I broke it up into two sessions - early morning and afternoons - Cant wait to get into shape again!0 -

10/04: 5.75 miles so far today. Still got lunch and evening runs to go.
10/04: Afternoon and evening runs. Add a total of 9.1 miles for the day.
10/05: 4.1 miles
Total of 30.82 miles for October.

that is not unworthy at all - that is the milage I do on the road - I do 50 miles road and 50 miles cross training (: do what works best for you - and add a ticker - then it is easier for me to keep track of you :-D0 -
