    6 miles today (8:45 average pace).
    51 so far. I think i'll change my goal to 200 :D

    WOW *that* is great - I remember having high weekly milage - when I ran in College - but that is now a faint memory (and I broke it up into two sessions - early morning and afternoons - Cant wait to get into shape again!

    10/03: 11.87 miles
    10/04: 5.75 miles so far today. Still got lunch and evening runs to go.
    10/04: Afternoon and evening runs. Add a total of 9.1 miles for the day.
    10/05: 4.1 miles

    Total of 30.82 miles for October.

    I'm in too! I did not make it in September, but am determined this month. Have run 3 days this week so far and am hoping for a Saturday run too!

    that is not unworthy at all - that is the milage I do on the road - I do 50 miles road and 50 miles cross training (: do what works best for you - and add a ticker - then it is easier for me to keep track of you :-D

    I finished my week Sunday-Saturdays at my goal: 25 miles in....today starts my new week.

    2 mile walk in the woods. Even though my running plan calls for me to have 30 minute walks, and this was a little challenging, I'm gonna not count it towards the goal here. I'm not going to run as much this week, maybe one more before Saturday when I'm doing my first race in 2 years.

    I missed the start of this thread, is it too late to join??

    So far my mileage for October is:

    1 Oct - 3.78 miles
    2 Oct - 7.99 miles
    4 Oct - 6.52 miles
    6 Oct - 5.69 miles
    9 Oct - 10.5 miles

    So current total of: 34.48 miles!

    Hopefully I'll make the 100 miles this month as I was short last time!! :smile:

    Is it too late to join? I've just started running, so I'm going to try and get to the 100 miles this month. My runs for this month so far are:

    Oct. 4- 1.76miles
    Oct.5- 2.63 miles
    Oct. 7- 3.16 miles
    Oct. 8- 4.14 miles
    Oct. 9- 1.57 miles
    Oct. 10- 3.14 miles
    total- 16.4
