2 slices of turkey and one slice bread

You don't have to deprive yourself to be under 200! I have a turkey sandwich every day for less than that:

2 slices of Arnold's round bread (100 cals)
    Low Fat Mayo (15 cals)
    Lettuce (less than 10 cals)
6 Slices of thin turkey (50 cals)

I also like celery/carrots/bell peppers and 100 calorie packs of guacamole

Black bean burgers take less than 10 minutes, and they're awesome!

Pita pizzas are one of my favorites, and are super duper fast. I keep pita in my freezer for quick pizza eatin'

Bison Chili 100 calories a cup/bowl. Oyster crackers 60 cal and a lowfat shredded cheese about a 250 cal meal. Or Bison burgers 160 cal 4 oz and an 80 calorie wheat bun. Bison is expensive about 8 dollars a pound but delicious, lower cal than turkey and more flavor than beef.
