    Mon: 423 - running training for my 5k
    Tues: 244- hot yoga
    Wed: 150 - strength training
    Thur:361- Running- 5k training
    Fri: 0- pre-race rest day
    Sat:346- running my 2nd ever 5k!
    Sun: 0- post race relaxation day

    Total: 1524
    Left to go: 1976


    Well not even close but being in the challenge helped push me to workout more I definitely think!

    Wed: 233 (Mall walking)
    Thur: 561 (Elliptical; stationary bike)
    Fri: 703 (Ran over 3 miles; walked 2 miles)
    Sat: 1,570 (Ran over 3 miles; mall walking for over 6 hours)

    Mon: 1058 (55 min water jogging class & Treadmill: 10 min walk/ 35 min run)
    Tues: 808 (Treadmill: 55 min run/ 15 min walk)
    Wed: 0 (how they were burned)
    Thur:520 (bike & elliptical trainer)
    Fri: 0 (how they were burned)
    Sat:419 (run outside 35 min)
    Sun:0 (how they were burned)

    Left to go: 695

    Closer this week than last! If I would have worked out ONE MORE DAY!!!
