    I really want to join, but I will be out of town this Thursday-Sunday and will not have access to dvd player. =(
    But now that I think of it, I should be able to get it in before I get on the plane and I think we get back afternoon on Sunday. So only 2 days for sure I can't do it.
    Can I still join?

    Of course you can still join us. I will be away at weekends and miss my Saturday shred sometimes but I will do double on the friday or double on the sunday to make up for it, there is always a way to make it up, even if you do an extra day on the end of the 30 days.

    I want to join also! Ordered my copy an hour ago, won't be here until next week but i will be referencing this thread for motivation. I am terrible at sticking to any exercise regime besides fast-paced walking.

    AGE: 21
    SW: 140
    GW1: 135
    GW2: 130
    UGW: 125!!

    I would love to get to the weight of 125 or 130.. to feel like myself again.

    Just get starting the day you get your dvd and we will do it together.
    Hope it arrives soon otherwise I'll be doing a 50 day shred!! :laugh:

    With a support group this big you will be fine!!

    We are all going to do this together, I want to see you logging in daily saying you have done it and how your feeling, we can support each other and make sure we are doing it right.

    since i got my hrm i just log it as 30 day shred under cardio.
    before that i used circuit training
  • I'm in! I just got the DVD today. I haven't exercised in a while and am going to need some motivation. I hope I can stick with it! I look forward to completing the 30 day shred with everyone and being part of a group where we can support and encourage each other. : )

    I made an exercise for it, i used circuit training to calculate cals and it works out about right according to my HRM :bigsmile:

    What a great motivator! I just tried this video this week (Level 1) and couldn't believe I could sweat so much in only 20 minutes. I would really like to be part of the group and hopefully meet some people to help keep me motivated past 30 days. Been hitting the gym quite a bit and faithfully tracking food with my MFP app but seeing slow results and it would be great to have people to share struggles and triumphs with. Thanks for arranging this!

    Id like to join, im doing c25k and a bunch of classes at my gym but I love the circuit I take 2 classes a week at the gym and want more!!

    I watched the video this afternoon and am excited to get started tomorrow. I have been watching my calories on MFP for over 60 days straight. Joining this group is the motivation and stick to it-ness I need. Looking forward to checking in with everyone. See you tomorrow and Good Luck to all members starting out!
