I have given up absolutely nothing. I have substituted some things for lower fat versions but I refuse to deprive myself of something I love. For example, I'm going out for a burger and cocktails on Friday. This might not be part of the plan, but if it means I only lose 1lb this week instead of 2, it will be worth it :)

Beer but I can drink it in moderations. Ummm.. Fried rice, but I'll eat it in moderation.

    Chocolate. Everything else is negotiable.

While I am a firm believer in moderation, I am fond of chocolate and I would rather not have to go without it. I have a little bit every day, whether it is hot cocoa in the morning, a piece of organic chocolate bar with hazelnuts in it, or a chocolate slim fast. I try to balance it with healthier things, though.

Coffee!!! I love me some good coffee...it's my "comfort" food (if it's considered a food) I only have one cup a day, and it make me happy :drinker:

My vices are espresso and coke zero. I refuse to give them up! You can pry my caffeine out of my cold, dead hands.

    Chocolate. Not gonna happen.

Cheese (mm brie.... mmm goat cheese) is a close second, followed by coffee.
