Not that much to lose group *LOSE 15lbs in 12 Weeks*

Hi! Im a recent college grad who kinda lost herself and gained a little weight. I am wanting to get back to how I used to look. I want to lose between 10-15 pounds by mid January as I will be starting into my second degree in a Nursing Program! Wohoo! Looking for a few people who have the same kind of goals and are able to support one another, people who will kick me or you up the bum when motivation is lacking! I would like to start this on Friday the 21st as I am leaving for Mexico vaca this weekend!!!!

Once I get people on here we can figure out what days to weigh in. Fridays are better for me!

    Me too!!! I'm trying to lose 10 pounds and hopefully another 5-10 after that! I weigh in on Friday's as well. Have a fun time in Mexico!!!!

    Wohoo!! If everyone wants to start before the 21st that is fine, just gives you a quick start before the first weigh in. So, are weigh ins good for everyone on Fridays? We can do the first weigh in on Oct 28th?

    I'm in. I'm scared, but I'm in. That means I'll have to be down to 149 from the 164 I am now. I plan to start running regularly again, so I think this is possible and healthy. Let's do this!!!

    I am too! I want to lose around 12-15. But 15 would be great! I've manged to lose 5pounds in 4 weeks...which seems easily attainable! We can do this!!

    That is a great idea!! Even though I am going on Vaca Tuesday I may be a little behind, but my butt will be in gear once I get back!!

  • I'm in! Add me as a friend! I am down 10 so far but I have 13 more to lose to get down to 117. I usually weigh in on Tuesdays but I can change my schedule to Fridays. I am also deployed overseas right now so I am a few hours ahead of people in the US. This sounds awesome!
