Seem to be stuck but I'll get moving again, hopefully sooner rather then later. But I've only got about 35 pounds left to reach my goal so I knew the loss had to slow down eventually. The next couple months are going to be hectic with holidays, running for my kids, 3 of my kids have birthdays, and my MIL is having surgery next month so I will be helping her too. As long as I don't see the numbers go up I won't complain too much. Have a great week everyone!0 -

Happy Halloween All!! I am very pleased that I have lost 3.6 lbs this week! My knee is still messed up, I go see Orthopedics on Thursday. I decided last week that if I am not exercising right now, that I will give my my wine indulgence as well. I have been saving my calories for nutritional food & have been doing really good.

So I went scale-free in October... I think Kristin requested that we stick to either measurements or weight but not both, but I just had to share my weigh-in as an aside. My weight on September 30th was 169, and weight this morning was 165! That's a 4 pound loss in October! It's only 2 pounds below my lowest weight, but 4 pounds down from my September 30th weight. I'm so happy and excited.
I'm going to keep the scale this month, but I'll just keep posting my weekly inches so it doesn't get too confusing. Is that what you prefer, Kristin? I'm happy to continue posting inches.0 -

I am down a smidge to 196.4
I just haven't been motivated lately and it makes me sad and angry! I am in a no sugar challenge at work (anything considered junk sugar--natural sugars are fine) so at least I've been doing that.
Feeling stuck . . . how do you re-motivate yourself? I definitely don't want to quit this challenge but I know I haven't been giving it my all like I know I should. . . .0 -

I think I will try and get on my Wii Fit Plus and start another exercise challenge.
That is how I lost the weight to begin with. Now Let's get motivated. !!!!!!:drinker:
