Also Shick I have to say thank you. I think at least twice now you've had something positive to say in response to my posts. It's always nice to get feedback and encouragement, and this is such a great place for that. I read in a fitness magazine somewhere that support on a website like this is way more effective than in person support!0

Sorry I've been so silent. I'm actually out of town visiting my sweet granddaughter! I will be home some time tomorrow but probably won't have the chart up until some time on tuesday since I'll have a visitor tomorrow night. Seem to be stuck but I'll get moving again, hopefully sooner rather then later. But I've only got about 35 pounds left to reach my goal so I knew the loss had to slow down eventually. The next couple months are going to be hectic with holidays, running for my kids, 3 of my kids have birthdays, and my MIL is having surgery next month so I will be helping her too. Happy Halloween All!! I am very pleased that I have lost 3.6 lbs this week! My knee is still messed up, I go see Orthopedics on Thursday. I decided last week that if I am not exercising right now, that I will give my my wine indulgence as well. I have been saving my calories for nutritional food & have been doing really good.
