    I just started on mfp...WOW...your story is one of the first I have read! What an inspiration! GREAT PICS! I want that to be me in 1 year. I just got diagnosed with very high cholesterol and am only 45...I am not ready to be on medicine...so it is time to make a huge life change. I read your story...you are a true inspiration!     You definitely can do it! It just takes the right mindset and knowing that the weight didn't get there overnight so expecting it to leave just that fast is unrealistic. I completely believe that if I can do this, anyone can! Your in a great community here and will have a ton of support on your journey towards a size healthier! Thanks so much for the comment!
