Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been posting a lot, I was having trouble with my internet
I have been doing the sit-ups and jumping jacks along with the 30ds this week, a little sore lol

next weeks challeneg is:-
50 sit ups a day
10-15 miles walked/run/bike/swim etc in the week
drink your water 8-10glasses

Sorry I haven't been on......... I've been on "injured reserve" this week. After straining my quads a couple of weeks ago, I started riding for rehab on Monday -- and promptly crashed Wednesday, bruising my knees, foot and shins. Slowly getting back into exercise mode. I plan on kicking it into gear this week!!!
My weight has plateaued for the past three weeks (GRRRRRRRRR) so hopefully getting back into exercise mode will kick-start some weight loss again!!0 -
well when I stepped on the scale today it decided to tell me the batteries were low, so I will have to weigh in tomorrow once i get batteries tonight..

well done so far ladies. ilost 1.3lbs this week i did 6.5 miles yestarday and my water... ididnt do my sit ups but i will today and ill do 100 so im up to the same as u all...

Life got in the way of exercise yesterday, but today.... rode 13 more miles (makes 24.6 this week so far), plus did 70 sit-ups (and jumping jacks, and..... 30DayShred, level one... it's all in there!!)
I've been downing water like crazy (averaging 14+ cups per day) and I think the plateau is busted :bigsmile: . I'll weigh in for my other challenge tomorrow, then Sunday is my "official" day.... can't wait to see what happens!!0 -

fantastic ladies ive done lots of miles ill add them up tommorow and let you now along with my weigh in
challenegs this week are:-
do at least 30min of exersize a day (walking/running/swimming etc)
drink you water
eat at least 1 fresh fruit or raw veg a day
