So i'm having a relly hard time getting my water in . I don't drink a lot of anything. I mostly sip. Hoping to pick up the pace today.0

@mscoco and kkmark I had the SAME problem yall had about a month ago!! I couldnt think of drinking 8-8oz of water a day and the weekend def wasnt gonna get in LOL!!! BUt I had to make myself do it. Just do the best you can. Yall prob have to do like me and do it slowly and progress will build up. I have found a cup that I carry with me EVERYWHERE I go and it only have water in it. ITs a wild adventures souvenir cup. 32oz. Some ppl told me a straw cup helps them, or water bottles helped. Post something on your stat and get opinions from your friends how they drink ALL of their water. Thats another thing I did too and got a lot of great advice!!! Hope this helps out a little.0

I know that this isn't really the place for this - but I have looked thru the forum posts and got many answers for both ways. Just curious if I can get some opinions on if you all weigh your meat before OR after you cook it. I'm thinking before because I would think that the calories don't really change - it just gets smaller.. but I've read so much conflicting information! trying to plan ahead for dinner tonight.
Thanks so much!

I am trying to follow this, but this is very diffficult to have to read through each and every comment of every member. Is there one central location that the daily and mini challenges are located. Sometimes I'm short on time and can't read through of these.
Sometimes knowing what must be done for the week is a lot easier.0 -

Exercise goals completed for the day. Serious carb binge though. Had five dumplings. Nothing but white flour salt and water. But didn't go too far over my overall goal. Yesterday was just bad. No salad all day.0

Hey yall, I completed the crunches and hydrants and got in 30 mins of aerobics. Had a good day...was over on my sugar (damn those lifesavers gummies), but not over calories. I did something I would have never done. As I was eating the lifesaver gummies and realized that I had eaten to many (love them), I decided to throw the rest away:noway: . That is something BIG for me, b/c I hate wasting period, but I had to in order to accomplish my goal. So proud of myself for being able to do it. So no more purchasing them; even if there is a great coupon..lol
Can't wait to see what is in store for us next week "Cooking" (interesting) .
Hope everyone is doing well and still on their weightloss grind. Keep up the good work0 -
Hey ya'll hope everyone is having a good week. I'm doing well. A little stressed that I leave for my vacay in 2 days and i have so much to do but i'll make it.
These fire hydrants and crunches have really been kicking my butt. I have found myself going over the required # though.
I packed my workout clothes for my trip.:noway: usually I would say hey i'm going enjoy this but on this weight loss journey i know i can enjoy and still stay fit and healthy.
I'm getting a little excited about the next week cooking challenge. I actually like to cook. I grew up in the South so good food always makes me smile.
Hope to check back in on you all real soon. Time to work. Have a great day !:flowerforyou:0 -

Did my 100 crunches and 50 fire hydrants. 20 minutes doing the shred. Today was day 2 of level 1. Also jogged for 30 minutes. Along with a ton of water today. 20 - 8oz glasses.
Those having trouble getting their water in. What I do that helps a lot is I drink 1 - 16oz glass of water before I eat anything and then another 16 oz glass while I am eating. I am also not drinking anything else but I am not a soda drinker (I do drink it sometimes but never finish a can) and I am not a juice drinker either. I am a big milk drinker though but haven't been drinking it lately.0 -
I am in..... I am in need of a good challenge0
