    when i cook it at home, i do it totally bloody rare. when i get steak at a restaurant i do medium rare. im not a huge fan of steak sauce, but give me some mushrooms and bleu cheese any day >.>

    I'm a black-and-blue fan (i.e., super rare except for thin char around the outside) - some places do it and some don't.

    No sauces or other distracting stuff to come between me and my meat. Porterhouse or T-bone, cut thick and with plenty of fat is how I like mine. I guess favorite cut is a different topic altogether though...
