Medium well with a spiced butter I make soaked into it for a couple of hours before it gets seared. Yum yum yum I like cow. Get into my belly!0

Medium (pink without running blood). Then I like to top it with a roasted garlic/cracked pepper/olive oil topping I make... absolutely YUMMY!0

when i cook it at home, i do it totally bloody rare. when i get steak at a restaurant i do medium rare. im not a huge fan of steak sauce, but give me some mushrooms and bleu cheese any day >.>0

I'm a black-and-blue fan (i.e., super rare except for thin char around the outside) - some places do it and some don't.
No sauces or other distracting stuff to come between me and my meat. Porterhouse or T-bone, cut thick and with plenty of fat is how I like mine. I guess favorite cut is a different topic altogether though...0 -

Medium to medium well for me. I like to marinate them in dales, apple cider vinegar and amaretto with a little garlic powder, chili powder and red pepper flakes. I broil them when I make them at home.0
