    Thanks for the tips on dairy. I try and keep my carbs below 30 (i know they should probably be less). I am still drinking coffee with low fat or skim milk, other than that i am not having dairy. 4 cups a day though... its going to be tough to give this up - but worth it if i look at you. Thank you for this valuable information - you are simply amazing!
