    Eggs (Hard Boiled or Fried on Light English Muffin with Tomato & Avocado)

    Almonds (raw)

    Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

    In-season Fruit & Veggies

    Dried Fruit - Prunes, Cherries, Blueberries (for when my sweet cravings just won't go away)

    Tofu, Beans, Chicken, Fish
